The Issue
Core team recognition that to really engender loyalty the brand needed to deliver a total customer experience not just good service or product quality. A need to get the whole global team on board with this approach and create ideas for how to deliver a bigger ‘brand experience’.

Insight delving: Broad exploration of the world of brand experiences, identifying the most inspirational examples and creating frameworks focused on the most relevant examples.
Creative workshop: 1-day facilitated session with global team – using creative inputs and bespoke techniques based on identified brand experience insights and inspiration.

Global buy-in to business strategy and over 30 ideas generated as potential brand experience executions.
