Strategic thinking and problem-solving are at the heart of Julia’s 30 years of experience in marketing and insight.

Julia’s career began on the client side for Unilever, United Biscuits and Johnson Wax before becoming a Director at Added Value. She left in 2005 to set up Reveal.

Not surprisingly puzzles, card and board games are hobbies Julia loves!

Strong, intuitive insight skills, honed over 30 years of experience.

Clare’s career began at Research International before joining Added Value in its infancy, going on to become a director, heading up its UK Qual team.
She left to set up Reveal Solutions in 2005.

A natural detective, Clare taps into crime fiction/drama to hone her problem-solving skills in her spare time!

An inherent curiosity about understanding what makes people tick has fuelled Kirstie’s enthusiasm for research over the last 25 years.

Prior to joining Reveal, Kirstie was an Insight Director at Added Value and also spent 18 months at CMR in Toronto. Kirstie’s inquisitive & tenacious nature means she leaves no stone unturned in every brand challenge that comes her way.

She has recently enjoyed putting these attributes to the test in a number of Escape Rooms with varying levels of success!
